JAMMU, Apr 1: Apni Party Provincial Secretary/ District President Jammu Urban, Dr Rohit Gupta has asked the party leaders to intensify door to door campaign. Gupta chaired a meeting of Apni Party leaders who represented different wings and discussed organization structures and issues that need to be highlighted for the welfare of general masses.
In his address, Dr Rohit Gupta asked the party leaders inform people about the developmental and social security scheme of the party in their door to door campaign. In this meeting, Dr Gupta had threadbare discussion during the review meeting with regard to the membership drive, and asked the leaders to hold public grievances meetings.
He also said that the party program should be explained to public whether it is providing free 500 units of electricity in Jammu during summer season, and 300 units of free electricity during winter season.
Similarly, he said that the party will enhance old age/widow pension up to Rs 5000, and will provide free four cooking gas cylinders per year under Ujjawala Scheme per year to each family.
The meeting was attended by Vaibhav Mattoo, District Vice President Jammu Urban, Puranchand Rahi District President SC Wing, Riyaz Panch District President ST Wing, Prem Sagar District President OBC wing, Shivam Choudhary District President Youth Wing, Ritu Pandita District President women wing and others. |
