| DLSA to organise National Lok Adalat on May 13 | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, Apr 25: As directed by J&K Legal Services Authority to organize National Lok Adalat on 13.05.2023 for Pre Litigation and Post Litigation to reduce pendency of cases in Courts.
In this connection, District Legal Services Authority Kathua, under the guidance of Jaffer Hussain Beg, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority (Pr. District & Sessions Judge), Kathua is organizing 2nd National Lok Adalat of the calendar year 2023 on 13.05.2023 in District Kathua.
All the litigants are hereby informed that if any of them is interested to settle his/her dispute or case in the said Lok Adalat amicably through Conciliation and Mediation he/she shall approach to the concerned Court and gets fixed his/her case in the said National Lok Adalat. |
