People from all walks of life embracing BJP with love, adulation: Kavinder
4/25/2023 11:12:12 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 25: People from all walks of life have been embracing BJP with love and adulation due to its nationalistic character and party leadership's promise to keep nation first, party second and self at last.
This was stated by senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta while welcoming scores of youths hailing from villages Kalu Chak, Ratnu Chak and Jallo Chak under the influence of Gulshan Singh, Vice President Karni Sena, after he got impressed with the nationalistic characteristics of the Saffron party.
Senior BJP leaders Sham Choudhary, Priya Sethi and Rekha Mahajan were also present on the occasion.
While welcoming Gulshan and his supporters in the party fold, Kavinder said that being a member of BJP is a big responsibility because once someone becomes party member, he or she has to give first preference to the nation, second to the party and then comes self.
The former deputy Chief Minister said that by default the BJP members are supposed to help people in need irrespective of their political affiliations, caste, creed or any other distinction because BJP is a nationalist party and every citizen is equal in the eyes of the party members.
Kavinder Gupta asked the party workers to work with full synergy to highlight the achievements of the Bharatiya Janata Party Govt during its short tenure of about eight years. He also asked them to address their pressing issues by remaining present among the people 24X7. He also asked them to ensure that everyone including the last person in line avails the benefit of the schemes rolled out by the Centre for their welfare.
Gulshan, while addressing the gathering, said that he along with his supporters will leave no stone unturned to strengthen the party at grassroots level. He said that strong and decisive policies envisaged by PM Modi have inspired him and his supporter to join the party and work for the people of the country.
The party workers including Pushpinder Charak, Ranjit Singh, Bharat Bhushan, Monu Salathia, Divya Jain, Pawan Singh, Rakesh Singh Charak, Joginder Singh, Neeraj Anand and Daler Singh were also present.
