| Tawi Welfare Society organizes function | | |

Jammu, May 4: Tawi Welfare Society (Regd.) Jammu organized a function at Apanavan Sure Chak on the occasion of 73rd Birth Anniversary of late R.C.Gupta ji (Founder Tawi Welfare Society) who dedicated all his life for the welfare of under privileged, aged,specially abled people, widows etc. Bharat Bhushan Chairman DDC Jammu was the Chief guest.
In his address he lauded the contributions of R.C Gupta. Padama Shree Dr.S.P.Varma, Padama Shree Dr. Jatinder Udhampuri, I.D.Soni, Brij Mohan Sharma CCF, Geetu Aulakh Member DDC, Dinesh Gupta Former Regional Secretary IRC and Gopal Sharma DFO retired also addressed the gathering. Yash Paul Mangotra General Secretary presented welcome address and the programme was conducted by Nand Kishore. Clothes were distributed to 75 needy people and Preeti Bhoj was served.
Other Prominent personalities present on this occasion includesAnup Soni (IFS) DFO Jammu, Paramjeet Kumar Chief Warden Civil Defence Jammu, Col. Som Nath Sarpanch, Balbir Singh Sarpanch, Ashwin Jojra, panchs etc. Plants were also planted by the Guests at this occasion. |
