JAMMU, June 17: PIB Jammu organized a Rural Media Workshop (Vartalap) in Doda district to commemorate nine years of good governance under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The workshop aimed to facilitate direct interaction between the government and journalists at the district and sub-district levels in Jammu division.
The event was attended by various officials and experts who highlighted the importance of responsible and unbiased journalism in promoting transparency and accountability in society. The Deputy Commissioner of Doda emphasized the role of media as the fourth pillar of democracy and urged journalists to highlight developmental initiatives in the district.
