Early Times Report BARAMULLA, June 20: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Baramulla, Dr. Syed Sehrish Asgar, conducted a meeting at the DC Office Complex to review the progress achieved under different indicators of the Aspirational District Programme. The meeting involved a detailed discussion and assessment of the progress made in the areas of Health, Education, Agriculture, Financial Inclusion, Household Electrification, Water Resources, Drinking Water, Internet Connectivity, Process Digitization, and Skill Development. During the meeting, the DC urged all officers concerned to intensify their efforts to achieve the set targets within the given timeframe. The review covered various sectors, and Dr. Sehrish emphasized the need for initiatives from all departments to ensure 100% coverage across the district. The DC highlighted the importance of devising effective strategies to address the challenges faced in different indicators. She urged the officers to work with renewed dedication and enthusiasm to transform the district from being aspirational to inspirational. The meeting also provided an opportunity for officers to highlight issues and bottlenecks that hindered smooth functioning. The DC assured that these issues would be promptly addressed within specified timelines. The meeting was attended by Joint Director Planning M.
