7/9/2023 10:24:32 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 9: Vinay Gupta, BJP Senior leader and Seh Prabhari Jammu North, conducted an extensive tour as part of the "Sampark Abhiyaan aur Sampark se Samarthan" campaign in Muthi Palora and Janipur Mandal of BJP District Jammu North and surrounding areas. During the tour, he addressed crowds from various sections of society and emphasized the enforcement of promises made by the Modi-led government in 2014 and 2019.
Speaking about taxation, Vinay Gupta mentioned that tax assessment has become faceless, as the government trusts the people and, in turn, people trust the Prime Minister. He highlighted the long list of welfare schemes under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana and the government's achievements in healthcare, infrastructure, and agriculture.
Vinay Gupta further informed the public about significant projects undertaken during the nine years of the Modi government. These include the construction of 74 new airports, development of 111 inland waterways projects, the introduction of metros in 15 cities, and the construction of the world's largest tunnel named after Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Lahaul Spiti. He also mentioned the completion of the Koliam bypass in Kerala and the focus on 116 aspirational districts to bridge the gap between backward areas.
During his interactions with the public, Vinay Gupta highlighted various schemes sponsored by the Modi government, such as the distribution of gas cylinders, ration distribution, PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana), healthcare schemes, free vaccine drives, Ayushman Bharat scheme, and the Pradhanmantri Gareeb Kalyan Yojana. The Sampark Abhiyaan aims to reach out to the public and create awareness about these beneficiary schemes, including Ujjwala Yojana, Swachh Bharat Mission, PMGAY (Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awaas Yojana), and Jan Dhan Yojana.
Vinay Gupta expressed his commitment to Jammu as his "Janam Bhoomi and Karam Bhoomi" and stated that it is his moral duty to stay connected with the people. He assured the public that they can directly contact him for any issues related to development and public-friendly concerns.
Councillor Yashpal, Mandal Presidents Raveesh Mengi and Suresh Khajuria, and other party members were present during the door-to-door Sampark Abhiyaan.
