Kavinder Gupta asserted that these developments signify the regained trust and confidence of the masses in the Modi Government. Highlighting a noteworthy point, Gupta mentioned that even one of PM Modi's staunch critics, social activist Shehla Rashid, acknowledged the positive changes brought about by the Modi administration in the Valley. She praised the government's proactive role in restoring the region's former glory and reducing human rights violations. Gupta emphasized that such commendation from a critic underscores the impact of the government's efforts. Kavinder Gupta also emphasized that the BJP Government addressed the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir while also ensuring justice for the people of Ladakh, who had faced alleged discrimination for decades. The formation of the Ladakh Union Territory was a response to the previous discriminatory practices, providing the residents with their rightful due.
