Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 4: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has secured the top spot as the "world's most popular leader" in a global survey conducted by US-based decision intelligence company, Morning Consult. According to the survey, PM Modi boasts an impressive global approval rating of 76 percent. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District Secretary Jammu South, Abhinav Anand, lauded this international recognition, attributing it to "Modi's magic." Anand emphasized that even after the recent assembly election victories in five states, the international poll reaffirms the widespread approval of Modi's governance model and delivery over the past decade. Anand highlighted that PM Modi's popularity remained steadfast even during challenging times such as the COVID-19 pandemic, setting him apart from other world leaders who experienced declines in popular support. According to Anand, this resounding approval is a result of Modi's successful track record in driving development, managing inflation, and uplifting over 13.5 crore people from poverty. Anticipating the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha polls, Anand expressed confidence that the high approval rating would translate into electoral success for the BJP. He credited PM Modi's administrative skills, legislative experience, and empathetic leadership for earning him a special place in the hearts of millions of Indians. Anand also underscored the enduring belief in the BJP ideology, seeing it as a symbol of trust, hope, and credibility. This positive signal, according to Anand, bodes well for the party in the lead-up to the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, where PM Modi aims to equal Jawaharlal Nehru's record of three consecutive terms.
