REASI, Jan 18: District Rent Assessment Committee (DRAC) today approved 9 rent cases pertaining to different departments here at a meeting chaired by District Development Commissioner Vishesh Mahajan.
The rent cases pertaining to FCS&CA, Health, and Social Welfare besides other departments were approved by the committee. The Committee discussed the fixation of rent of the structures in which various government offices are functioning across the district.
A total of 16 cases were taken up for discussion in the meeting, out of which 9 cases were approved.
The DDC directed the concerned authorities to prioritize Government buildings for official accommodation and opt for private rented buildings as the last resort.
The meeting was attended by ADC Abdul Star, ACR Anshumali Sharma, PO Poshan Mohd. Anwar Banday, SE PWD, CMO, XEN PWD, DIO (Info) besides other concerned officers of various departments. |
