SAMBA, Apr 3: Continuing its drive against drug smugglers/peddlers, Samba Police has arrested a drug peddler in the jurisdiction of Police Station Vijaypur and recovered 3.59 grams approximately heroin from his possession.
A Police party of Police Station Vijaypur headed by SHO PS Vijaypur during special naka established near Shamshan Ghat, Rakh Barotain Vijaypur, has intercepted a car bearing registration number JK02CN-5870 for checking. During checking of the vehicle, 3.59 grams approximately heroin was recovered.
The arrested drug peddler identified as Aman Toga S/o Bachan Lal R/o Bassi Khurd, Near Kothi Morh, Bari Brahmana has been arrested. A case FIR No 44/2024 U/S 8/21/22/25 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Vijaypur and investigation started. |
