| NIOS announces schedule for practical exams, internal assessment for April/May 2024 | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 2: The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has released the schedule for Practical Examinations and Internal Assessments for Vocational Education Courses and D.El.Ed. (Offline) in Jammu and Kashmir.
Scheduled to take place from May 10th to May 25th, 2024, these examinations will be conducted at identified Audio-Visual Institutes (AVIs) and Examination Centers across India.
AVI Coordinators have been directed to ensure the smooth conduct of Practical Examinations during this period. It's mandated that marks for Practical Examinations and Internal Assessments must be uploaded onto the NIOS portal by May 31st, 2024.
It's essential to note that marks in Offline mode will not be accepted, emphasizing the importance of timely online submission.
To streamline the process, Attendance Sheets and Award Sheets for Practical Examinations will be accessible on the NIOS Portal for AVIs. Coordinators will download these sheets and submit signed hardcopies to their respective Regional Centres.
This announcement comes with the approval of the Competent Authority, aiming to uphold the integrity and efficiency of the examination process. Students, educators, and stakeholders are urged to adhere to the outlined guidelines for a successful assessment period. |
