Jammu, May 11: Land grabbing attempt by criminal namely Ramneek Singh S/o Harbans Singh convicted under NDPS with prisoners I.D 11464 along with local land mafia.
We the sons of late Sh. Magarmal Sharma who purchased three khasras of land 19,20,21 with considered value of Rs. 1000 in 1944 under mutation number 139.
We are the possession and title holder of the land but Ramneek Singh colliding with local land mafia started blackmailing a respectful Dubey family of this area which is living here for 800 years.
To defame the family and officers of the revenue department Ramneek Singh leveled frivolous and malafide complaints against the member of this respective family and officers of the Revenue Department.
The Govt of J&K on the status of said land found that Ramneek singh was imposter and used different name of his ancestors to grab the prime land of the area enquiry revealed that neither Ramneek Singh nor his parents nor their ancestors have ever had the possession of the land.
The Crime Branch is also investigating the case under Pv No 141/2023 we appeal to the govt. to book these convict under various provision of the law. The family is highly indebted to Dy. Commissioner Jammu, Div. com Jammu & L.G administration. |
