JAMMU, July 4: The Department of Horticulture Jammu successfully organized a one-day farmers' interaction programme in the border area of Panchayat Palanwalla, Khour. The event, chaired by Director Horticulture Jammu, Chaman Lal Sharma, saw significant participation from the local farming community, including a notable presence of women and unemployed youth.
Director Horticulture Chaman Lal Sharma, accompanied by Chief Horticulture Officer Jammu, Rakesh Kotwal, MCC Uttam Lal, and Horticulture Development Officer Khour, Amit Saraf, highlighted the various centrally and state-sponsored schemes available to farmers.
