Jammu, July 15: Even as opposition parties are still “confused” over the timing of the Assembly polls in Jammu and Kashmir, the ruling BJP has started campaigning for the much-awaited polls in the Union Territory. While as local unit of the party is focusing on 43 Assembly segments of Jammu province, the central leadership has decided to depute Union Ministers in Valley to explore the party’s future and possibility in Kashmir. Two Union Ministers including Minister for State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai and Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Dr Mansukh Mandaviya visited Kashmir Valley. Apart from attending official functions, both the Union Ministers interacted with party workers and leaders of Kashmir Valley to assess the ground situation.
