JAMMU, Aug 6: An encounter between security forces and terrorists is underway at Khaner in Basantgarh area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur.
Security forces have established contact with terrorists at Khaner in Basantgarh area of Udhampur district. Operation on to eliminate terrorists, says SSP Udhampur Joginder Singh.
