Crime Branch arrests 2 accused for preparing fake PRC

Jammu, Nov 22 : After completing investigation and proving offences against them, Crime Branch (CB) has arrested and lodged in jail two cheaters for creating fake PRC to take benefit of migration relief and produced challan in the court of law.
The arrested accused, who were produced by CB before the Learned court of Special Mobile Magistrate ( Electricity) Jammu along with the challan and thereafter lodged in District Jail Jammu (Ambphala) following Ld. court order, have been identified as Manpreet S/o Popinder Singh of Dardapora, Baramula, presently putting up at Raipur Satwari Jammu and Surjeet Singh S/o Fauja Singh of Tral Kashmir, presently residing at Belichar
The Crime Branch (CB) has lodged two cheaters in a jail
The challan has been produced against the accused in the court of law.
A case was registered at the Police Station Crime Branch Jammu on the written complaint.

A case was registered at Police Station Crime Branch Jammu on the written complaint of the Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (M) Jammu regarding preparation of fake PRC by forging signatures of Assistant Commissioner (Migration Relief) Jammu to get cash aid and other migration relief from the government by fraudulent means.
Investigation was conducted in highly professional manner by Deputy SP rank officer.
SSP Crime Jammu , Benam Tosh confirmed that investigation of case FIR No. 73/2016 , U/S 420 /511 ,465 ,466 , 467 ,468 ,471 ,120 -B RPC ,P/S Crime Branch Jammu has been completed , two accused arrested and challan produced in the court of law for judicial determination.
