Early Times Report DARHAL, Dec 31: Government Degree College (GDC) Darhal successfully conducted a one-day seminar focusing on "Directive Principles of State Policy and Fundamental Rights and Duties in the Indian Constitution." The event, chaired by Principal Prof. Zamir Mirza, aimed to enhance students' awareness of their rights and responsibilities as citizens, aligning with the Shikshit Bharat initiative. Dr. M. Saleem Wani served as the resource person, delivering key insights on constitutional values, including equality, freedom of speech, and education. Distinguished speakers, including legal experts and educators, emphasized the importance of social and economic justice outlined in the Directive Principles of State Policy.
