JAMMU, Mar 1: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has redefined the territorial jurisdiction of Munsiff Courts at Mahanpur, Billawar, and Basohli in Kathua District.
Under the revised jurisdiction, the Court of Munsiff Billawar will cover the revenue limits of Tehsil Billawar, while the Court of Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Billawar will oversee Tehsils Ramkot and Lohai Malhar.
Similarly, the Court of Munsiff Mahanpur will now have jurisdiction over Tehsil Mahanpur, and the Court of Munsiff Basohli will cover Tehsil Basohli. |
