Jammu, Mar 7: The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an order posting IPS officer Uttam Chand (AGMUT:2002) to the Jammu & Kashmir segment of the AGMUT cadre with immediate effect. This follows his repatriation from central deputation.
According to the order, issued on March 05, Uttam Chand has been posted to Jammu & Kashmir “till further orders.”
He had joined the cadre on February 24, 2025 (forenoon). The period between his joining and the issuance of this order will be treated as “awaiting posting.” |
