Early Times Report NAGROTA, Apr 28: In a significant step towards fostering innovation and legal awareness among students, the Institutions Innovation Council (IIC) of Government Degree College (GDC) Nagrota organized an expert lecture on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The session aimed to enlighten students and faculty on the critical role of IPR in protecting creativity and driving economic growth. The lecture featured Prof. Jaspal Singh from the Department of Punjabi as the distinguished resource person.
