SSP PD Nitya relieved from J&K 10/9/2025 10:24:46 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Oct 9: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday relieved Ms. P.D. Nitya, IPS (AGMUT:2016), from her posting as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Pulwama to enable her to join the Rajasthan Cadre following her approved inter-cadre transfer. As per an official order issued by Home Department J&K on directions of Lieutenant Governor of J&K, in pursuance to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India’s communication under reference and the approval of Competent Authority, Ms. P.D. Nitya, IPS (AGMUT:16), SSP Pulwama is hereby relieved from the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, with effect from 08.10.2025 (A/N).
