KULGAM, July 10: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam, Shahzad Aalam, today chaired a comprehensive review meeting on the implementation of the GOBAR-DHAN Scheme and Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026 under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin).
During the meeting, the DDC emphasized the need for a coordinated and time-bound approach for the effective implementation of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026, which are being rolled out from this year. He directed all concerned departments to immediately initiate the groundwork, strengthen institutional mechanisms, ensure inter-departmental convergence and prepare comprehensive action plans for successful implementation across the district. |
