Early Times Report JAMMU, July 10: Live For Others - Being Helpful Foundation (LFO-BHF), in collaboration with Talla Jewellers, successfully organised a Blood Donation Camp at the Blood Bank, Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu, with the objective of encouraging voluntary blood donation and promoting the spirit of saving lives. The programme was graced by Ms. Kashish Gupta, CEO of Talla Jewellers & Chairperson of Talla Cares Foundation, as the Chief Guest. The event was held in the esteemed presence of Dr. Meena Sidhu, Head of the Department of Hematology, GMC Jammu, whose support and guidance made the camp a success. A total of 30 volunteers actively participated in the camp, out of which 12 volunteers donated blood, making a meaningful contribution towards strengthening the blood bank and helping patients in need. Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Kashish Gupta, CEO, Talla Jewellers & Chairperson, Talla Cares Foundation, said, "Blood donation is one of the greatest acts of humanity. A single unit of blood has the potential to save multiple lives. We are proud to collaborate with Live For Others - Being Helpful Foundation in this noble initiative and encourage more people, especially youth, to become regular voluntary blood donors for the betterment of society."
