Protest against PHE department held 8/19/2016 11:17:35 PM Early Times Report Samba, Aug 19: The residents of ward number 12 today held a protest demonstration against Public Health Engineering department samba for its failure to restore drinking water supply in the area and blocked national highway. A large number of resident were assembled in main chowk and shouted slogans against PHE department, District administration and MLA Samba Devinder Kumar Manyal. They also blocked Jammu-Pathankot National Highway in samba for twenty minutes.
