JTC calls on Relief Commissioner, apprises ration issues 8/19/2016 11:24:28 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 19: President, Jagti Tenement Committee Jagti called on Relief Rehabilitation Commissioner R.K. Pandita, and apprised him of different problems being faced by the Kashmiri Pandit migrant community particularly due lack of ration supplies for the month of August 2016 at Jagti Nagrota. President JTC has said that the worthy Relief Rehabilitation commissioner gave a patient hearing to Pandita and issued immediate orders to the authorities concerned for ensuring release of Ration to the Kashmiri Pandit migrants for the month of July and August 2016. Pandita has said that though ration supplies have been ensured for the month of July 2016 in Jagti but in other non camps the ration supplies have not yet been made for the month of July. Pandita also apprised the Relief Rehabilitation Commissioner of shortage of drinking water supplies in Jagti during monsoons and had made a request for permanent solution to the problem by ensuring Proper and in-interrupted water supplies in Jagti Migrant township. Worthy Commissioner Relief Rehabilitation Organisation(M) had assured that necessary steps shall be taken for making permanent measures for ensuring regular and un-interrupted water supplies in the Jagti.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
