Samba, Dec 3: Bag with army uniform was found at Jammu Pathankot National Highway near Plah Morh in district Samba today morning. Panic gripped local residents after a bag containing Army uniforms was found.
After receiving the information police reached on the spot and took the bag in custody. After checking the bag police recovered seven Army pents, five Army shirts, Army belt, one cap, Pouch, One diary, Medical Slip, Name Plate, Shampoo and underwear from the bag.
The bag belonged to one Army Sepoy, Sandeep Singh of Gurdaspur who had lost the bag while going to his hometown Gurdaspur, said police. |
