Partapgarh residents felicitate MLA Jammu East 1/11/2015 11:15:04 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 11: Residents of Mohalla Partapgarh falling under the vicinity of Ward No 15 of Jammu East Assembly constituency felicitated the newly elected BJP MLA Rajesh Gupta here on Sunday. The residents extended the new legislator a grandiose welcome and congratulated him for winning the polls with a respectable margin. They assured that people of the constituency have full faith in Rajesh's leadership and they will wholeheartedly cooperate with him for enabling Rajesh to steer Jammu East constituency towards new age of progress and growth. They highlighted the issues of sanitation, lanes and drains, power and potable water supply which according to them require immediate attention as these trivial matters have burdened the masses of Jammu City snatching away their peace of mind and liveliness. After patiently hearing the plea of residents of Mohalla Pratapgarh, MLA Rajesh Gupta firstly thanked them for overwhelming support which they have extended him during the recently concluded State Assembly elections. Later, he humbly confessed that the Jammu East Constituency has so many fronts which need overhauling as far as basic amenities and civic edifice are concerned.
