| HC directs not to finalize selection list of Demonstrators | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 14 (JNF): In a petition filed by one Dr. Kasturi Lal Gupta seeking permission to participate in the selection process for the post of Demonstrator in the discipline, Vacation Judge of J&K High Court Jammu Wing Justice Hasnain Massodi today after hearing Adv Abhinav Sharma appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Commissioner/Secretary Health & Medical Education, Principal GMC Jammu and ordered that the respondents may proceed with the selection process, but shall not finalize it till next date before this Bench.
Justice Hasnain Massodi further directed respondents to allow the petitioner to appear in written test/ interview in the selection process at his own risk without any right flowing out of the mere participation in the selection process in his favour. Court further clarified that the order shall not be taken to determine the petitioner's eligibility for the advertised posts.
