DC Reasi flags off farmers tour 1/14/2015 11:22:34 PM Early Times Report Reasi, Jan 14: Under the Central Sponsored Scheme, Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH), a group of 32 farmers was sent on an exposure cum training within the state. The tour was flagged off by the Deputy Commissioner Reasi Shabir Ahmad Bhat from mini Secretariat Reasi. The tour is being organized by Horticulture department and the farmers will visit different regions of the state .Major thrust of this visit shall remain on dissemination of technology, to know about modern scientific know & how and applied technology in horticulture sector. Speaking on the occasion DC Reasi, appreciated the role of horticulture department in bringing out social economical change in the life of farmer community and stressed upon the farmers to take full advantage of such programs.
