Court denies bail in 'rape' case 1/21/2015 12:18:25 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 20 (JNF):Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu (CJM) S C Katal today rejected the bail application of Parveen Kumar who was arrested by the police in rape case. While rejecting the bail application, CJM Jammu S C Katal after hearing both the sides observed that in the fact and the circumstances of this case it cannot be rule doubt that applicant may temper the evidence or pressurize the prosecutrix, and in a society to like ours, which is governed by rule of law, rights of individual area to be regulated in the larger interest of society and an individual in the name of liberty cannot be permitted to satisfy his lust and desires by fooling a woman.
