Congress leader Vikram launches iron grating work in W-7 1/21/2015 12:38:19 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 20: Vikram Malhotra, General Secretary, Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC), continuing to his commitments to carry out development related cause of the society especially in Jammu City launched iron grating work in W-7 of the Jammu (E) constituency. Addressing a large public gathering here at Prem Nagar in Jammu today, he reiterated to carrying out any kind of development work in the area in future. In his address, Vikram Malhotra urged upon the people to remain watch dog of the society in the prevailing political situation in the State, particularly in view of the recent Assembly elections. Earlier, the senior Congress leader launched iron grating work along a prime nallah at Prem Nagar in W-7 of Jammu East Constituency. It was a long pending demand of the residents of Prem Nagar, which got fulfilled with the keen interest of Vikram Malhotra after several delegations of people from the area met him with the demand for it.
