790 Pulse Polio Immunization Centers established in Baramulla DDC Inaugurates Campaign 2/23/2015 12:21:58 AM Early Times Report Baramulla, Feb 22: As many as 790 Pulse Polio Immunization Centers have been setup to cover 151454 children's in the age group of 0-5 years in Baramulla District under the 2nd phase of National Pluse Polio Campaign. District Development Commissioner Talat Parveez inaugurated the Campaign in the District while administerine anti-polio drops to 10 children's including 2 newly born kids at District Hospital Baramulla and other pulse polio immunization centres in all 3024 employees of health Department, Agan wardi and ASHA workers have been engaged for the purpose while as 10 mobile teams constituted and 40 transit point identified in the District.The children's of HRA (High Risk Area) are also been covered under the Campaign. The District Development Commissioner on the occasion directed the staff to work with zeal and zest and ensure that no child is left without administerine anti polio vaccine in the District. Additional Deputy Commissioner Reyaz Ahmad Baramulla, Medical superintendent District Hospital Dr Bashir Ahmad Chalkoo and Dy Chief Medical Officer Baramulla Dr Mohammad Ramzan also accompanied the DDC.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
