| LWWS stages Nukkad play | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 28: Lalded Women Welfare Society (LWWS) Jammu staged another motivation nukkad play here at Digiana Park on Saturday.
According to press in the play condition of parents was highlighted that how their wards after going outside are wasting money, indulging in drugs, acquiring drinking habits and hard earned money of parents is being misused in the name of higher study.
In some cases, the students are coming back without degree which is more shocking for them. The play is conceived, written by Rampal and directed by Naveen Pal. The story opens with "Nattu" who gets selected in private college outside the state.
He is curious to study ahead in a new atmosphere. His parents are keen to support him by any means. When "Nattu" reaches to his college, he finds a different type of students over there and after some time, a few other students involve him in bad habits of drinking / drugs using and his study started affecting. His father "Ramu" tries to connect him on mobile phone but he did not responded to his calls, all the times.
His father "Ramu" could not go there due to over engaged in his office work. "Nattu" only demanding money for various please and every time his demand was fulfilled under the cover of higher study.
When result of his 1st year does not favour, the management of institution sent a warning notice at home saying that Nattu is not attending class and due to shortage of attendance his result is pending on this development, his father Ramu went to institution and took confrontation with college authority blaming them completely but they said that you have left your son at the mercy of god and did not check him in between that is why "Nattu" came under influence of bad elements.
They further add if we together combine hands and persue the matter jointly, we can bring him on the track. Nattu is young boy, he wants to study and he is basically a intelligent guy but he is desisted from his goal. The principal told that the students who have checked by their parents periodically are performing good and they also afraid of bad deeds & they never go out if their circle, if they will be checked by their parents off and on. So, sending wards to college, for higher study should not be one time formality of parents but it needs to be cross checked at different intervals for their betterments. Parents should play their role so that they cannot be diverted to other ways.
The artists who played the lead role were Rampal, Naveen Pal, Santosh Basotra, Sonu, Anju Sanotra, Sunil and Suraj Narayan. |
