KNIT celebrates annual day 2/28/2015 11:21:37 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 28: KNIT Talab Tillo, Green Model Academy today celebrated annual day here at new campus. According to press release, Director School Education Simrandeep Singh was the chief guest, received by Tiny Tots, director and principal at the entrance. The function was started with lighting of the lamp followed by Saraswati Vandna. The annual report of both the institutions was read out by Professor JL Kotwal highlighting the achievements of the institution. The students of the two institutions presented a colourful composite cultural program highlighting the ancient heritage and ethos of our country. The patriotic spirit and devotional songs enthralled the audience who encouraged the students by loud applause after every item. The chief guest wished all educational institutions including government schools learn to imbibe such commitment to the noble ideals of an educational system based on unity in diversity. Trophies and certificates were also given away by chief guest to the position holders and meritorious students.
