KC public school celebrates birth anniversary of Baden Powell 2/28/2015 11:41:14 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 28: Bharat Scouts and Guides of KC Public School celebrated the birth anniversary of Lord Baden Powell who is the founder of scouts and guides movement in the world here at school premises. According to press release, principal of school Amarendra Kumar Mishera presided over the function. Academic Director, Vice principal and Headmistress of Junior wing were also present on the occasion. After the cake cutting ceremony performed by principal a specially prepared cultural programme for the occasion was presented by scouts and guides. It comprised of the flag song, one skit and one dance performance and culminated into the collective recitation of the 3 sacred promises of the movement.
