| Annual Abhishek Memorial Sports meet held | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 21: Tawi Technical Campus witnessed the closing of second annual Abhishek Memorial Sports Meet. Chairman Vidhi Singh Jamwal and MD Renu Bangroo led the grand event towards the finishing.
College Administration officer Hari Singh Jarial and Professor Moza made their presence along with the faculty members and students. The last day of the meet was made great with a friendly cricket match between the faculty members. The match showcased that the faculty as good in sports as they are in their respective work. The event witnessed the final match between Civil Warriors and Civil Super Seniors. Civil Warriors won the match by chasing a huge score of 103 set by Civil Super Seniors.
Vishavdeep Singh Sambyal was declared man of the match and Shakti Singh grabbed the man of the series. The Chairman praised the students for their great sports talent and expressed that sports play a great role in the overall development of a person.
The winners of other events including chess, table tennis, badminton and athletics were awarded too. |
