Dy CM to Attend Northern Zonal Council Meet on Saturday 4/24/2015 11:55:44 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Apr 24: Deputy Chief Minister of J&K Dr Nirmal Singh will attend Northern Zonal Council meet at New Delhi on Saturday. The meet shall be chaired by union Home Minister Rajnath Singh. Chief Ministers of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana will also participate in the Northern Zonal Council meet while lieutenant governor of Delhi and ministers representing the Rajasthan and Delhi governments will also take part in the meeting. The meeting will be hosted by Himachal Pradesh this time.
