"The services of persons appointed on contractual basis under the new recruitment policy are to be regularised after putting in seven years of "satisfactory service". This give rise to corruption at extreme heights." He added. Speaking on the occasion Kundan said NSUI is agreed by the decision taken by Governor on returning the ordinance of new recruitment policy that is made behind closed doors without any proper consultations with youths and all the procedure for selection process has also been changed, now District development Commissioner (DDC) is authenticated for new recruitments even for gazetted posts, new recruitment policy have caused frustration among the youth and leave them in lurch as politicisation of jobs will result large scale corruption and nepotism.
