As the unemployed youth who is already suffering a lot due to the militancy and disturbance in the state for more than two decades. "This is a mockery with the youth to engage them temporally, contractually for seven years both in gazette and non gazetted cadre as the policy of the previous government there a provision of five years only in non gazzeted cadre which was withdrawn latter on by government in the interest of youth and state, "he said and adding similarly the decision of the previous government was criticized by both the ruling parties sitting in opposition and now they framed such an policy which is more harmful and totally against the educated youth.
