| DC, DSE Jammu assure full cooperation to border students of Arnia | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 3: In an interactive-cum-Assurance session under the chairmanship of MLA Bishnah Dr. Kamal Arora held at Govt.High School Arnia which was under the attack of Pakistan shelling a few months ago Deputy Commissioner Jammu IAS Ajeet Kumar Sahu, and Director School Education IAS Simrandeep Singh assured full cooperation to the students, village committee members, prominent citizens and parents gathered in the premises. The DC proposed setting of Vidhyalaya Sangathan Samiti under the chairmanship ADC Jammu and laid stress on strengthening of Library, literary and other clubs in the school. He in consultation with Director School education Jammu assured about futuristic model of the school building and also taken into consideration L-shaped model proposed by Hon'ble MLA.Director school education stressed uponvalue and behavioural education for the better future of the nation and assured the school to take every such matter on priority and ensure development in a time bound manner. Headmaster K.L.Kaith presented the formal welcome address and Surinder Sharma anchored the function. The Chief Guest of the ocasssion Hon'ble MLA being custodian assured his full cooperation to the students. Two alumni of the school Romesh Kumar, Lecturer Psychology and Sunil Shastri deliberated upon the ways to enhance the enrolment in govt. Schools and suggested various other measures for upliftment of students.Romesh Kumar laid stress upon psychological sensitization of teachers. Prominent person present at the occasion were ADC Jammu, CEO Jammu, SDM south, Tehsildar Arnia and others. |
