Gold Gym organizes 'Trek for Fitness' trip | | | Jammu, May 18: Trekking is great way to loose weight while one enjoys life and nature. Other than shedding flab,trek is the best bet to keep heart healthy and agile. Gold's Gym Jammu on Sat 16th May organised an exciting 'TREK FOR FITNESS' trip for all its members . The crew of members went on a life changing summer trek through Manda Hills. This was first of its kind, of initiative taken up by any fitness center in Jammu.The whole trek area was strolled with banners and posters carrying health benefits. All members of Gold's Gym enjoyed the trek and scenic view and made it a memorable experience. |
