TNWF express concern over incidents of chain snatching 5/18/2015 11:33:59 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, May 18: General Secretary of Trikuta Nagar Welfare Forum (TNWF) Nitish Mahajan along with other office bearers has expressed grave concern over the broad day light chain snatching incidents in the Trikuta Nagar area. According to press release, while visiting the house of Kartaro devi Resident of Trikuta nagar ,who was victim of day light chain snatching, he urged the police to maintain a vigil in the locality so that the people especially women folk don't feel harassed. He expressed shock the way an working women Kartato Devi, who is running Daily Need Shop was attacked by some robbers during broad day light and duped of gold ornaments she was wearing. The incident has sent shock waves in the area and people especially the women feel scared. He said though FIR was lodged by her family members in local police post but no one has been arrested of far. He urged the Police authorities to start investigation and arrest the robbers.
