40th Annual Urs concludes at Poonch 5/18/2015 11:36:35 PM Early Times Report Poonch, May 18: The 40th annual Urs of Hazrat Sai Ilahi Bhakhash Alairehmat concluded at Buttlekote Loran of Mandi Tehsil. Devotees in numbers marked their presence in Urs during this 3 day event and paid their obeisance before the holy seat. Chairman Dargah Management Committee, MLA Poonch, Shah Mohammad Tantray managed the event as a whole. Special prayers for the welfare and peace of the globe were offered at the concluding moments.
