Police Public Meeting held in Reasi 5/24/2015 12:39:03 AM Jammu May 23: To strengthen Police Public relations and to bring people nearer to the Police for better output in prevention and detection of crime, a Police Community Public Group (PCPG) meeting was held at Panassa a remote village of Thakrakote in Reasi district on Friday. Organized by Zaffar Iqbal Nawaz, SDPO Arnas the meeting was attended by Sarpanch/ Panches/ Numberdar and other villagers of the area. Referring to various issues highlighted by the local populace, the SDPO Arnas, Zaffar Iqbal Nawaz assured that their genuine demands will be communicated to the senior officers for redressal. Earlier SDPO Arnas and others police officials welcomed the participants including eminent citizens of area and held a interactive session with gathering. The locals put forth their problems and raised various public issues and problems of people were discussed in the meeting pertaining to different departments.
