Jammu, June 1: As a part of Railyatri / Upbhokta Pakhwada, 'World No Tobacco Day' was observed and a function was organized in Railway Hospital/RWF.
Pankaj Jain, General Manager was chief guest of the function. Pankaj Jain, GM in his speech, appreciated the efforts made by the doctors to prevent smoking and use of tobacco in other forms and also urged the employees to come out of tobacco addiction. Earlier, Dr. S.G. Madwesh, Chief Medical Officer, Railway Hospital/ RWF explained in detail the damage caused by using tobacco and also why it is necessary to give up tobacco to lead a happy and healthy life. On this occasion, Renuka Jain, President RWF Women's Welfare Organisation inaugurated the poster exhibition. |
