BCC felicitates newly nominated IYC leaders from Kathua 7/6/2015 11:47:58 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Jul 6: Block Congress Committee (BCC) Hiranagar, organised a felicitation programme under the Chairmanship of Block President Sarpanch Bishan Dass Sangra in which youth congress leaders were felicitated for their elevated designations to the new team announced recently. District Congress Committee President former MLC Subash Gupta was chief guest while senior party leaders also shared dais with him. A number of public representatives and party activists also participated in this programme. Speaking on the occasion, Subash Gupta appreciated the work of local youth leaders and congratulated Hiranagar Youth Congress President Rajeev Gupta who was elevated to Kathua-Doda Loksabha General Secretary and Advocate Rajeev Gupta Advocate Vinay Sharma to President Kathua-Doda Loksabha. Thanking the party leaders for acknowledging the dedication of youth, Subash Gupta stressed upon the new team to work to strengthen the party and come upto the expectation of the party.
