JKEDI to organize EDP on July 27 7/21/2015 11:45:38 PM Early Times Report Reasi, July 21: JKEDI is going to organize three-week long Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) for unemployed youth from July 27 in Mahore. According to press release, the organization will hold interview on July 23at JKEDI Office Reasi. The candidates will be trained at Mahore by a professional team of JKEDI and special experts. They will be exposed to a comprehensive three-week training course to start a profitable business. The candidates will get opportunity to visit successful entrepreneurial ventures as part of the training programme. "A special feature of incubation will be also included wherein they will be exposed to real life business scenario", said Dr. Majid Manzoor khan Communucation Officer of JKEDI. "The mindset is changing, youngsters are shunning conventional jobs and pursuing out of the box ideas with the help of JKEDI," he added. Dr. Majid added that the candidates will receive training under the Himayat Self Employment Component. Vir Pratap Singh Slathia, District Nodal Officer said that Joblessness in Jammu and Kashmir has long been exacerbated by a complex conflict and protracted instability.
