CAPD Ration Depot Asso threatens to go on stir 7/27/2015 11:21:59 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT Doda, July 27: : Alleging that ration dealers of the Doda district are without due commission from the concerned Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CAPD) Department since last 14 months, the President Ration Depot Dealers Association Doda Niaz Ahmed Zargar said that all ration outlet dealers of the Doda are without commission due to they are facing financial crunch and threatened if department fails to release their dues within a week the depot holders will launch an agitation. According to Niaz Ahmed Zargar, the ration dealers of the Doda district are without the commission from concerned CAPD Department since last 14 months forcing them to facing financial crunch.
