Burn victim succumbs 7/27/2015 11:33:17 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 27: A labourer who was undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu after he received burns when cooking stove burst at his temporary accommodation in Udhampur. "The deceased has been identified as Raj Kumar (45) son of Bairav Singh of Chhattisgarh presently at Udhampur, police sources said. They said that the person while was cooking food got critically injured when cooking stove burst suddenly.
